Ordering
Each and every one of our bikinis are handmade to order just for you! We occasionally have ready to ship inventory and sample sale bikinis, but the majority of our items are made to order. I make your bikini according to your size and measurements. At the time of ordering, you will see a drop-down for sizing, and this is for my reference when making your custom bikini. You can email or message us later with your measurements if you don’t have them at the time of ordering. Just type in *will email/message measurements later* in the custom box for your measurements when placing your order on the product page.
How long will my order take?
Our custom order turnaround is anywhere from 2-4 weeks, and in the height of Summer can sometimes extend past this projected timeframe. Please refer to our home page or the product page for our most up-to-date turnaround time. If you are in a time crunch or need your items by a specific date, please contact me before ordering so I can be sure they will be made in time.
Once you have placed your custom order, feel free to contact me any time with any questions you may have via Instagram DM or by emailing hello@sunny-hunny.com.
Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on our custom made items, but if you have any issues with your item upon arrival and trying on, please contact us via email ASAP at hello@sunny-hunny.com or via Instagram DM within 5 days of your item(s) being delivered to request an exchange.
Once approved, your original items must be returned to us in the way you received them (tags attached). Your items must be unworn (other than trying on with underwear). If your items show any sign of wear, I will not be able to accept your exchange. This is strictly due to sanitary reasons.
If you are located outside the US, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees to us.

Shipping
We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $100. Shipping for US orders under $100 will be calculated based on the weight of the item(s) and delivery location and are automatically calculated by our website. This shipping option also includes $100 of insurance coverage. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order tracking says that your item has been picked up, if you have any issues with shipping, you will have to contact USPS. You can always upgrade your shipping option at checkout. But please keep in mind that shipping time is not related to our turnaround time for each order. Shipping time is calculated differently than our current turnaround time.
If you are outside the US, you will be responsible for the shipping cost at the time of ordering. You will also be responsible for paying any import duties or customs fees upon receipt/delivery of your item.
